With a great deal of personal experience from employment in sports development, commercial initiatives, national governing body schemes and the professional game, Adrian has had the responsibility to work with team managers, program directors and others involved in sport to develop and support long term strategic goals for their team(s) or organisation for their continued success.
His role in consultancy can help support & develop the individual, plus local, national and international organisations. Where applicable Adrian has also supported with the recruitment, training and management of staff, creating an environment to improve individuals, teams and organisational performance.
Previous consultancy projects have seen relationships developed with schools, colleges and universities, professional football clubs & associations together with national governing sports.
